Tree Church
Children have a special place at the heart of Ichthus Forest Hill and participate actively in corporate times of worship, and in wider church events. On Sundays children leave the main service after a time of worship and prayer with the adults and participate in their own 'Tree Church' time, led by a committed team.
Fostering spiritual growth, knowledge of the Bible and good relationships are the aims of Tree Church, with fun and engaging themes tailored to the abilities of the children. There is a time for games, worship, craft activities, snacks and prayer together, in age-appropriate activities in separate groups.
The crèche (0-5 yrs) have exciting facilities and enjoy Bible-story reading times and craft activities together. There are also plenty of toys to keep them occupied! The older children (5-11 yrs) explore the Bible and Christian principles through a wide variety of media and activities including games, videos, lessons, music, craft and drama.
Youth Ministry - IGNight
Forest Hill Youth meet together on Sunday mornings. After a time of worship and prayer together with the whole congregation, the youth go out with our committed youth team to learn more about Jesus and how to journey with Him.
Every second Friday evening the youth group meet as 'Ignite' for fun and games, worship, prayer, and a bible message. Instead of just talking at our youth, we believe in ‘doing life’ together, and so the youth team, together with other leaders from the congregation, make times to meet up and encourage the young people in their life with Jesus, giving opportunities in a relaxed and social environment to talk about the tough issues they face in becoming adults in London. Activities involving food are a regular occurrence!

Forest Hill Youth regularly connect with the rest of Ichthus Youth through weekends away, at Revive, and together with youth from Lee Green Congregation, at 'Unite' meetings.
